Email Routing

Email Routing gives every zone free inbound email. It forwards custom addresses and catch-alls to real mailboxes, with MX and SPF records configured in one click. For a simple address such as hello@ that does not need its own mailbox, it is hard to beat.

Deliverability of forwarded mail has a solid track record, and the Email Workers integration (processing inbound mail with code) turns it from a convenience into a building block.

It loses two points because outbound sending and replies from aliases belong to the separate Email Service product. Routing only matches addresses, and there is little visibility when a downstream mailbox rejects a forward.
